1. The affidavit as filed by Mr. Shivam Debnath, learned Advocate-on-Record for the writ petitioners of the instant writ petition in taken on record.

2. This Court has perused the contents of the affidavit as filed today.

3. This Court has also considered the unintentional mistake committed by Mr. Debnath may be due to his short tenure in the profession.

4. Such being the position, this Court is inclined to take a lenient view towards Mr. Debnath. However, this court most gently and humbly requests Mr. Debnath, learned Advocate-on-Record for the writ petitioners in WPA 8740 of 2025 to remain careful in future.

5. At this juncture, Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners upon

instruction submits before this Court that present writ petitioners intends to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

6. The oral prayer as made by Mr. Banerjee is hereby accepted.

7. Consequently, WPA 8740 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

8. Liberty is given to the living writ petitioners of WPA 8740 of 2025 to file similar such writ petition on the self-same cause of action, if so advised.
