Kutubuddin, ... for the State This is an application for quashing of the proceeding in connection with Entally Police Station Case No. 397 of 2019 dated 22.12.2019 under Sections 323/341/511/506/509/114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It appears that the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case, and the trial is to be conducted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas.

No case has been made out so as to justify interfere with the trial at this stage.

The revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah,

South 24 Parganas, to make an endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a year from the date of resumption of the normal functioning of the Court. The revisional application being C.R.R. 1195 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with necessary formalities.
