for correction of a typographical error that has inadvertently crept up in the order dated 29th August, 2022.

In the third line of the third paragraph in page 1 of the order dated 29th August, 2022, the respondent number should be read as respondent no.4 in place and instead of respondent no.3.

The respondent no. 4 shall act in accordance with the direction passed in the order dated 29th August, 2022 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
