By this writ petition the petitioner sought for a direction upon the concerned respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner prior to taking any decision against the Pradhan of the concerned Gram Panchayat on the basis of the outcome of the meeting dated 29.3.2010. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
