Mr. Sandip Ghosh Mr. Debayan Ghosh Mr. Aziz Amin ....for the respondent No. 5 The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the respondent authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.03.2021. However, upon hearing learned counsel for the State as well as the Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority (SJDA), it appears that the technical bids in relation to the tender were opened in 2020 and the financial bids were opened soon thereafter. The work order was also issued by the Authority to the private respondents in April, 2021. The writ petition was filed one year thereafter in April, 2022. Besides, a work order issued to the private respondents by the Authority

on 5th February, 2021 reflects that the work was only for about 30 days. All these factors persuade to Court that the writ petition has become infructuous. WPA 8432 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
