1. None appears for the parties.

2. On perusal of the report dated 18.07.2025 as submitted by the Registrar Administration (L&OM), it reveals that despite repeated directions the appellant did not remove the defects as mentioned in the orders dated 15.05.2025 and 18.07.2025.

3. In view of such, we have every reason to believe that the present appellant has lost interest in the instant appeal.

4. In view of such, MAT 569 of 2025 is dismissed for default.

5. With the dismissal of the instant appeal, the pending interlocutory application being CAN 1 of 2025 is also dismissed.

6. Interim order, if therebe any, stands vacated.
