Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that challenging the order dated 20th September 2023, rejecting the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed on 1st June 2023, the instant revisional application has been filed. Since, in the meantime by order dated 20th September 2024 the suit being Title Suit no. TS 846 of 2023 has been dismissed, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant revisional application and seeks withdrawal of the same.

In view thereof and as prayed for, the revisional application being C.O. 1208 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Let a copy of the order dated 20th September 2024 as placed before this Court be retained with the record. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
