In the matter of:- Nandita Mukherjee Mr. Kusal Kumar Mukherjee .....for the petitioner Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan .....for the State The petitioner has filed an application seeking further stay of a warrant of arrest as she could not comply with the direction passed by this Court on 27.04.2021.

This application, in effect, seeks to review the earlier order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Hon'ble Justice Subhasis Dasgupta), while disposing of the main application. The matter, therefore, ought to be heard by His Lordship.
