And In Re : Swapan Mistry ...... petitioner Mr. Sandip Ray Mr. Hiranmoy Debnath Mr. Shuvobrata Basu Ms. Polly Banerjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Ms. Sonali Das ....for the State Petitioner stands implicated in cyber crime.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner was a Director of the call centre raided by the police. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1576 of 2023 is dismissed.
