Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the advocate on record for the petitioner has received the written instruction from the petitioner wherein it is mentioned that the grievance of the petitioner has been settled by the authorities and as such, the petitioner is not intending to proceed with the matter and prays for withdrawal of the writ application.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the written instruction dated June 18, 2026, WPA 9186 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
