We find from the office report that the appeal is valued at Rs.80,100/-.

As such, as rightly pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, the appeal is not maintainable before this court due to lack of pecuniary jurisdiction.

Accordingly, FMAT 137 of 2025 is dismissed as not maintainable on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction, with liberty to the appellants to prefer a properly constituted appeal against the self-same impugned order before the appropriate court having jurisdiction.

Leave is granted to the learned Advocate-on-record for the appellants to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy of the same for the records.

CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 is also disposed of accordingly.
