1. The alleged contemnor no. 1, D. I. of Schools (Primary), South 24 Parganas is virtually present in Court. She has also filed a report dated 12.06.2024. In the report it has been fairly admitted that there is a mistake on her part in making the calculations of leave adjustment to the deceased teacher. The alleged contemnor has tendered unconditional apology. This Court accepts such apology.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that adjustment of leave over all as has indicated in the report dated 12th June, 2024 and the documents annexed thereto, are not in terms of the applicable rules.

3. Leave is reserved to the petitioner to agitate the same in independent proceedings.

4. Since the order in question has been complied with, the contempt application is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5. Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
