Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate Forum. In view of the same, W.P.A. 9915 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Forum for redressal of his grievance. The appropriate Forum is requested to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner on merits as expeditiously as possible.

There shall be no order as to costs.
