It appears that on the last few occasions, i.e; on 13.07.2021, 17.08.2022, 18.08.2022 and 22.08.2022, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
