Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 4289 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged murder and as prayer for bail of co-accused has been rejected who stands on the same footing with the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
