Learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners has been instructed by his client in writing that the petitioners are no further interested in pursuing with the criminal revisional case in this Court. A letter addressed by the petitioners to him dated 25th September, 2022, is submitted in Court today. Let the same be kept with the record.

Perused the same, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the CBI is present and rests the matter to the discretion of the Court. Since the petitioners have desired not to proceed with the case any further, let the same be dismissed as not pressed and withdrawn. CRR 947 of 2015 is disposed of along with applications pending, if any.
