Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the present police complaint is a counter blast to the general diary lodged at the behest of the petitioners with regard to the torture melted out by the parents as against the first petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and to his injury report. A senior citizen suffered fracture. Such senior citizen in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code implicates all the petitioners.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 2140 of 2022, is rejected.
