Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 4299 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials in the case diary and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing narcotic substance above commercial quantity and as his prayer for bail was rejected, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
