Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mrs. Monisha Sharma .....For the State The case commenced in the year 2020 being, Jadavpur Police Station Case No.405 of 2020 dated 19th December, 2020 under Sections 447/ 504/ 506/ 422/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the offences relate to the property of the parents between the brother and the sister. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily represents on behalf of the State is directed to represent the case on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. He is entitled to engage a junior of his choice.

Learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2. Having considered the fact that the revisional application was preferred at a stage when the investigation of the case was under progress and the petitioners are unable to appraise this Court regarding

the present stage of the outcome of the said investigation relating to Jadavpur Police Station Case No.405 of 2020, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in relation to the issues which have been canvassed in the revisional application. Petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings after the police authorities come to their conclusion regarding the First Information Report which has been registered.

With this above observation, C.R.R. 1198 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
