In our earlier order we have observed that in the event the appellant is not represented on the adjourned date, it shall be presumed that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal and the appeal may be disposed of on the adjourned date.

Since the appellant is not represented, the appeal and the application stand dismissed for default. The interim order shall stand vacated.
