The grievance of the petitioner relates to an order dated 21.12.2018. By the said order learned Additional Sessions Judge fixed 30.01.2019 as the execution report of warrant of arrest.

The report reflects that 6 witnesses have already been examined and 5 more witnesses are yet to be examined. The next date for evidence is fixed on 02.05.2023. Having regard to the advanced stage of the case, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in respect of the order under challenge.

Accordingly, CRR 1200 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
