Case No. 300 of 2019 dated 28.10.2019 under Sections 498A/307 of the IPC and added Sections 304B/302/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 4306 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials in the case diary and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in setting the housewife on fire as appearing from her dying declaration and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
