In spite of service, there is no representation on behalf of the school authorities, Commission or the State.

Mr. Sunit Kr. Roy, learned advocate, who usually appears on behalf of the Commission is present in Court and is requested to take up matter on behalf of the Commission. Let his appointment be regularized by the concerned authority.

The petitioner's application for transfer on selfmedical ground had been rejected sometime in 2022.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an application with the school authorities seeking transfer. The school authorities will deal with such application as expeditiously as possible and if found eligible, will forward the application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools. The concerned District Inspector of Schools shall take all consequential steps in accordance with law.

Temporary suspension of online "UTSASHREE"

portal shall not be a ground for nonconsideration of transfer application of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode.

With the aforestated directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
