Swapnalekha Auddy Mr. Surajit Auddy .....for the respondent no. 10 Learned counsel appearing for the Union of India hands up a document dated 3rd November, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs stating that the pension of the petitioner has been sanctioned for the petitioner's lifetime or until her remarriage and would be in addition to the State Freedom Fighters' Pension, if any, sanctioned by the State Government.

The document is kept on record.
