The petitioner No.1 has applied for mutual transfer with one Subhas Roy, Assistant Primary Teacher of Shyampur Primary School, Garhbeta III Circle, Pschim Medinipur to the Chairman of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 11th March, 2024.

In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioner's application for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable rules and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counter part within a period of two months from date and pass appropriate orders thereof. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
