The petitioner No.1 has applied for mutual transfer with one Nripendra Nath Mondal, Assistant Primary Teacher of Tajpur Primary School, Sadar East Circle, Murshidabad to the Chairman of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 2nd April, 2024.

In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioner's application for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable rules and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counter part within a period of two months from date and pass appropriate orders thereof. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
