The instant application has been filed against the Order dated 1st February, 2011 passed by the SubDivisional Executive Magistrate, Katwa, Burdwan in M.P. Case No. 357 of 2010 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Since the original impugned order has met with statutory death long ago, the instant application is now infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
