(Through Video Conference) The appellant is not represented even in the second call nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The appellant was also not represented on the earlier occasion. Taking note of our earlier order dated 8th November, 2021 and the fact that this appeal for all practical purposes, has now become infructuous.

We dismiss the appeal and the application. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
