2. The order passed by the Commissioner, Asansol Municipal Corporation on 18th November, 2024 is placed on record.

3. It appears that the Corporation detected unauthorised construction and directed demolition of the same. The time period to conduct demolition has also expired.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to pursue remedy before the competent forum for executing the order of demolition.

5. Contempt application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
