Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Deposition of witnesses disclose petitioner had participated in the assault. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioner had been rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
