In the matter of : An application under Section 483 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The present revisional application has been preferred in the year 2012 for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being M. P. Case No. 22 of 2011 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, 24 Parganas(South) under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Having regard to the span of time which has passed in the meantime, I direct that in case the proceedings are still pending, the learned Magistrate would expedite and conclude the proceedings if the same has not yet been concluded.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1260 of 2012 is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
