1. Affidavit of service be kept with the record.

2. The writ application has been preferred praying for renewal of the sanction plan for a further period of 5 years.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner in course of hearing has relied upon the judgment of a co-ordinate bench passed in WPA 26692 of 2023, dated 08.10.2024, the order of the Division Bench passed in MAT 2189 of 2024 and others, appeals dated 08.01.2025 and an order dated 24.10.2025 passed in CPAN 910 of 2025, in WPA 26692 of 2023.

4. It appears that the petitioners representations dated 28.10.2021 and 08.04.2026 praying for renewal of the sanction plan is pending.

5. On hearing the Learned Counsels for the parties and considering the materials on record and the judgments referred to, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent-Municipal Corporation shall consider the applications made by the petitioner herein, in the light of the judgments and order placed before this Court and decide the said applications, in accordance with law within 6(six) weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. The Writ application stands disposed of.

7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
