C.R.R. 1346 of 2011 (Via Video Conference) In the matter of: Gouranga Lal @ Gouranga Sil & Ors. ......Petitioners.

Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda Mr. Mirza Firoj Ahmed Begg ....For the State.

Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Mirza Firoj Ahmed Begg, learned advocates appear for the State. None appears for the petitioners. This revisional application has been filed by the petitioners praying for transfer of Sessions Case No. 15 of 2008 arising out of Burdwan Police Station Case No.

of dated 3.6.2007 under Section 498A/304B/120B of the IPC pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court to any other Court for fair trial. An interim order was passed on 16.6.2011 staying all further proceedings in Sessions Trial Case No. 15 of 2008 pending before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Burdwan until further order. Heard learned advocates for the State.

This application was filed in the year 2011. In the meantime, several Presiding Officers have been posted and transferred from the Fast Track, 1st Court at Burdwan. This revisional application, therefore, is infructuous at present and the same is dismissed for default of the petitioner.

The interim order of stay is vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Fast Track, 1st Court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Purba Burdwan for information. Learned Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the pending sessions case within six months from the date of communication of this order.
