Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation which was furnished with the Officerin-charge, Nabagram Police Station was not acted upon. Such representation was submitted on 07.07.2022.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has drawn the attention of the Court that on 10.08.2022 in WPA 13672 of 2022 a Co-ordinate Bench was pleased to pass necessary directions both in respect of the criminal case as also in respect of the injunction order so passed in the civil suit being OS No. 38 of 2022. The police authorities were also directed to act in a particular manner.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record. Since the earlier writ petition was

disposed of on a later date and the writ petition is of an earlier date I am of the view that the order passed in WPA 1367 of 2022 has already taken care of the situations of July, 2022 which is the subject matter of the present writ petition.

If the petitioner has further grievance presently he would approach afresh the police authorities who would take into account the circumstances and deal in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 8837 of 2023 is disposed of.
