It is an admitted position that the petitioner joined the school in the year 2018. The relevant rule says that unless a teacher works in a school continuously for five years, he cannot make an application for transfer.

This application is absolutely frivolous and the same is dismissed with a cost of Rs. 200/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from date.
