For the respondent Nos. 6,8 and 9 The petitioners complain of obstruction in front of their premises in the form of a complete blockage of ingress and egress in relation to the petitioners' property. The only prayer in the writ petition, at least at this stage, is that the concerned State respondents be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 09.03.2022 for dealing with the unauthorised construction made by the private respondents in the frontal portion of the petitioners' land.

The State respondents are represented and learned counsel appearing for the parties submits that the representation may be considered within a certain time frame.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, WPA 8461 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on respondent No. 6 being the Sub-Divisional

Officer, Domkal, to consider and dispose of the representation dated 09.03.2022 within a period of two weeks as prayed for by way of a reasoned order after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioners. The respondent is directed to consider the relevant provision of law and to pass the reasoned order in accordance therewith. A copy of the reasoned order should be made available to the petitioners within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed.
