And In Re : Kishalaya Das @ Kishaloy Das ...... petitioner Mr. Susnigdho Bhattacharya ....for the petitioner Mr. P. K. Dutta Mr. Nirupam Dhali ....for the State Police personnel suffered injuries.

Petitioner is implicated in the assault on the police personnel.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1580 of 2023 is dismissed.
