On perusal of the previous order dated 15.02.2022, I find that a direction was given to the petitioner to produce all orders subsequent to the admission of the revisional application on 14.07.2011. The said order has not been complied. The revisional application was filed praying for quashing of proceeding in connection with Moyna Police Station case no.5 of 1994 corresponding to GR case No.54 of 1994 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipore and charge sheet no.7 dated 11.04.1994 submitted under Sections 147/148/149/427/506 of the

Indian Penal Code. Notice has not been served upon the defacto complainant and no interim order has been passed in this case. Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed for default of the petitioner and accordingly, disposed of. Connected application, if any, are also disposed of.
