Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report of the investigating officer of the case, which reflects that the investigation has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. The report also reflects that the next date has been fixed by the learned CJM, Sadar Court, Howrah on 07.01.2022 for appearance of the accused persons.

Let the same be kept with the record.

Having regard to the nature of the offences so alleged, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage. The petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage. Accordingly, CRR 1278 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
