The application is for cancellation of an order granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite parties. The application was allowed by an order dated March 21, 2013. Anticipatory bail granted in favour of the private opposite parties were cancelled. The opposite parties were directed to surrender forthwith and in any case within a week from the date of such order.

From time to time, the time to surrender was extended. None appears for the opposite parties.

Petitioner is represented.

In view of the application for cancellation of anticipatory bail being allowed by the order dated March 21, 2023, nothing survives in the pending application.

IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2013 (Old No.: CRAN 1006 of 2013) is disposed of.
