The order dated July 27, 2021 is clarified to the effect that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the police station within which he resides i.e. Maheshtala Police Station and will not enter the jurisdiction of the police station within which the incident occurred i.e. Tangra Police Station save and except for meeting the Officer-in-Charge of the Tangra Police Station once in ten days as directed.

The other portions of the order dated July 27, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
