Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the police is not taking steps with regard to a complaint dated July 18, 2019. State and the private respondents are represented.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there are civil disputes between the private parties. He refers to the averments made by the petition and submits that, a civil suit is pending filed at the instance of the private respondent against the petitioner. So far as the complaint dated July 18, 2019 is concerned, the same was treated as a first information report and a charge sheet with regard thereto was submitted.

In the facts of the present case, since the police acted on the basis of the complaint dated July 18, 2019, treated the same as a first information report and upon conclusion of investigation, submitted charge sheet before the appropriate forum, further interference by the writ court is not called for. W.P.A. 6525 of 2020 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
