Learned advocate appearing on behalf the petitioners has filed a letter of instruction on behalf of the petitioners and the same be kept with the record. It is submitted that out of three petitioners, one petitioner namely, Debansh Agarwal died on 26th July, 2021 and other petitioners instructed the learned advocate to withdraw the revisional application.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Connected application, if there be any, also stands dismissed.
