(VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE) Mr. C.R.Chakraborty Mr. Dip Jyoti Chakraborty ...for the petitioner Mr. Naba Kumar Das Mr. Arindam Banerjee ...for the respondent This revisional application is primarily directed against the delay in the hearing of Title Suit No. 2715 of 2016 (Simendu Bhattacharyya & Ors. Vs. South Eastern Railway & Ors.) pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas. The grievance of the petitioner is that the plaintiffs having obtained an interim order dated March 12, 2019 are procrastinating the final hearing of the suit on frivolous grounds. It is further alleged that the plaintiffs are not interested in early disposal of the suit and the dilatory tactics adopted by the plaintiffs is causing immense loss and prejudice to the petitioner. The Opposite Parties are represented.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, I request the Civil Judge, Senior Division, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas to ensure the aforesaid pending Title Suit is decided as expeditiously as possible

preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order without granting any adjournment to any of the parties.

With the aforesaid directions the C.O.No. 1056 of 2021 is disposed of.
