In the instant writ petition the petitioner has challenged the recruitment process of constables in Railway Protection Force / Railway Protection Special Force which was advertised vide Employment Notice dated 28th February, 2005. It is alleged by the petitioner that he was declared fit in respect of his physical measurement and health condition. In spite of such physical fitness, the petitioner was not allowed to sit in the examination.

It is already stated that the matter relates to the year 2005. Subsequently, sixteen years have elapsed. The petitioner was not even interested to get the writ petition admitted. In view of such conduct of the writ petitioner as well as his learned advocate this Court has every reason to hold that the writ

petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
