It appears there from that G.R. Case No. 2221 of 2018 has already been disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), 2nd Court at Howrah on August 5, 2021 whereby Mr. Manoj Kurmi, Mr. Indranil Kurmi and Smt. Punam Kurmi were acquitted from the charges under Sections 341/323/506 read with 34 of I.P.C. and acquitted from the said case under Section 255(1) of Cr.P.C. Mr. Manoj Kurmi, Mr. Indranil Kurmi and Smt. Punam Kurmi are the petitioners in this case along with Nabin Kumar Kurmi against whom charge sheet had not been submitted. Since this criminal revisional application was preferred prior to submission of charge sheet, the name of Nabin Kumar Kurmi appeared as one of the petitioner. However, he was not made accused in the above mentioned G.R. case which has already been disposed of by the learned Trial Court.

It is fact that after acquittal of the petitioners from their charges the instant revisional application preferred under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, becomes infructuous.

Accordingly the revisional application along with CRAN 1 of 2025, stands dismissed as infractuous.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

There is no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the parties, on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Uday Kumar, J.)
