1. We have considered the materials on record including the injury report. Injury report shows injury on the head, a vital part of the body. Victim was hospitalized.

2. In view of the nature of injury and as petitioner had dealt the blow on the head of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
