Learned advocate for the petitioners, private opposite party no.2 and the State are present.

The police authorities have filed a final report discharging the accused persons on 08.08.2022.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that subsequently an application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed at the instance of the private opposite party no.2. Against the order of further investigation, another revisional application has been preferred which is pending for adjudication.

The subject matter of the present revisional application, as such, has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1203 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
