On perusal of the materials on record, I find that this is not a fit case for interference at this juncture. The petitioner can explore his remedy in accordance with law at the appropriate stage of the proceedings. So far as the present revisional application is concerned, no interference is made. As such, the revisional application being CRR 1066 of 2019 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
