Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the name of the respondent no. 2 in the Cause Title.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has sought for an information under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 but such information has not been supplied to him.

On perusal of the materials on record it appears that the information sought for has been provided to him which is Annexure "P-4" of the writ petition.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner sought to impeach the said information such course is not available to him as an appeal is provided for the said purpose.

The petitioner has also prayed for implementation of the order dated September 3, 2010 passed in W.P 991(W) of 2006.

On perusal of the said order it appears that there is no direction in the said order for implementation of which a direction is necessary. WPA 6540 of 2020 is disposed of with the above observation.

The connected application being CAN 5301 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Affidavit-in-opposition since has not been invited the allegations made in the writ petition are be deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
